Students who have successfully registered for the "NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Keynote Livestream Campus Party – Feng Chia University Session" must check the inbox of the email address provided during registration. Please read the content carefully to stay updated on check-in information.

For On-site Registrants

1. On-site Registration and Seating Instructions

Pre-registration for this event is fully booked, and no additional spots will be added to the online form. Those who have not completed online registration may register on-site on the day of the event.

Admission opens at 09:30 AM on the day of the event. On-site registrants should proceed to the check-in counter at the "Grand Auditorium" in the Gong Shan Building before entering. Please scan the QR code to complete your registration as instructed on-site, and follow the staff's guidance to your seats inside the Grand Auditorium.

2. Event Reminders

On-site registrants are not eligible for early-bird check-in rewards, such as lunch vouchers or limited-edition NVIDIA fan T-shirts.

Regardless of whether you pre-registered or registered on-site, all participants must follow staff guidance to complete the "On-site Photo Check-in Mission" on the day of the event to qualify for the lucky draw. Your eligibility for the draw is not affected by your seating location.

Please be sure to bring a valid ID document (such as a National ID Card or Health Insurance Card) for identity verification upon winning. International students must bring their passports.

3. Important Notice for Winners If the value of the prize won exceeds NT$20,000:

ROC (Taiwan) citizens must pay a 10% prize tax on-site.

Non-ROC citizens must pay a 20% prize tax on-site.

Note: If your registered information does not match your ID, if you fail to respond after your name is called three times, or if you refuse to pay the required tax, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize. Prize collection by a proxy is strictly prohibited.
